HR Director – APAC Region

About the role

Axis is seeking a commercially minded, values‑driven HR Director to lead the people agenda across the dynamic APAC region. Based at our regional headquarters in Singapore, you will partner with senior business leaders to align HR strategy with our growth objectives and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership – collaborate with the APAC Leadership Team to develop and execute a long‑term HR plan that supports business strategy.
• Organizational Development – lead initiatives to improve efficiency and alignment with business goals, working closely with Finance.
• Leadership & Coaching – act as a trusted advisor, coaching leaders to uphold ethical standards and core values.
• Talent & Performance – drive performance management, succession planning, and talent development across the region.
• HR Excellence – develop, implement, and monitor HR processes, using data to identify improvement areas.
• Recruitment & Compensation – support manager recruitment and manage the annual salary review process.
• Culture Champion – promote and embody Axis’s unique company culture in all activities.

Required profile

• 10+ years experience in a strategic HR Business Partner or HR Manager role within an international, high‑growth environment.
• University degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Deep operational experience across core HR areas: recruitment, learning & development, performance management, and organizational development.
• Strong business sense combined with outstanding HR competence.
