HR & Executive Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented HR & Executive Assistant to support our human resources department and executive team in Singapore. The role combines core HR functions with executive support, requiring strong organisational skills, discretion and a proactive mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment of expatriate and local talent, driving talent acquisition initiatives.
• Administer employee benefits and manage leave programmes.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and related procedures for foreign employees and dependents.
• Maintain accurate, secure employee records in internal HR systems.
• Support board meetings and the Annual General Meeting, preparing documentation and liaising with the corporate secretary on compliance.
• Prepare professional correspondence, meeting materials, speeches, memos and presentations.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and strategic documents.
• Organise filing systems, internal databases and contact lists, and perform ad‑hoc administrative duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Positive, self‑motivated, resilient under pressure and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical, organisational, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Word.
