HR Manager – Recruitment (2-Year Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager specialized in recruitment to join our HR team on a two‑year fixed‑term contract. This hands‑on role will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, enhance onboarding experiences, and support employee engagement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft effective job advertisements.
• Post vacancies on platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet and other online portals.
• Administer and continuously improve onboarding and exit management processes.
• Facilitate orientation programmes to introduce new hires to company culture, policies and practices.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, hiring outcomes) to inform talent‑acquisition planning.
• Analyse hiring trends, identify talent gaps and recommend strategic recruitment actions.
• Handle ad‑hoc HR projects and duties throughout the employee lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; IHRP certification is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, HR policies and recruitment best practices.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and major job boards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project coordination skills.
