HR Executive – Employee Lifecycle & Operations

About the role

We are seeking a people‑oriented HR Executive to support employees and managers across the full employment journey. The role acts as a trusted point of contact for employee enquiries, delivering timely support while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support key stages of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee relations, performance processes and off‑boarding.
• Manage core HR operations such as payroll coordination, tax filings, HR administration, employee documentation and data maintenance.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce metrics and presentation materials to aid business and HR decision‑making.
• Identify opportunities within technology, AI and automation to improve operational efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Broad HR generalist experience, including payroll and HR administration.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation, work‑pass regulations and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders at all organisational levels, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Professional, approachable, with high integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Clear communication, solution‑oriented mindset and analytical curiosity for new technology.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR systems such as Oracle, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
