About the role
Fuku is hiring an HR Executive based in Singapore, working full time. The role supports the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, record keeping and general administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interviews to support the recruitment process.
- Support the HR team in onboarding new employees and managing offboarding procedures for departing staff.
- Help maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases as required.
- Assist in preparing HR documents, including offer letters, quotations and invoices.
- Provide support to the HR team in daily administrative tasks and take part in ad-hoc projects as needed.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized in handling tasks.
- Eager to learn and willing to take initiative in assigned responsibilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
