HR Executive - Payroll

About the role

Hong Ye Group Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based service provider offering cleaning, landscaping and facility management, is hiring a full-time HR Executive Payroll. The role manages the company's payroll, keeps employee records up to date and handles payroll-related employee queries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process the company's payroll system accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies related to payroll.
• Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave and overtime data.
• Prepare and submit monthly CPF contributions and other statutory reports.
• Handle employee queries about payroll and benefits promptly.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Assist in preparing payroll reports and analysis for management review.
• Support the HR team with other administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
• Familiarity with Singapore's employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and discretion with confidential information.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
