HR Executive - Recruitment

About the role

Fuku is looking for an HR Executive (Recruitment) to lead its end-to-end hiring. The role shapes the recruitment strategy, works directly with hiring managers and brings in the people who help the business grow. The working location is Paya Lebar.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run recruitment strategies to attract the right talent
• Manage the full cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
• Work with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and define job requirements
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews, and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Keep the ATS and candidate database accurate and up to date
• Share regular recruitment updates and metrics with stakeholders
• Ensure hiring follows Singapore employment laws and company policies
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to grow the talent pipeline

Required profile

• Strong recruitment skills and a solid grasp of recruitment best practice (most important)
• At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, in-house or agency
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple vacancies and priorities
• Able to work independently and in a team

Required skills

• Comfortable using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
