Join Bosch as an HR Intern and work alongside experienced HR professionals to acquire practical experience across the full employee lifecycle. You will be involved in real projects, data‑driven reporting, and digital transformation initiatives within a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, documentation and internal communications.
• Support the creation and maintenance of HR dashboards and analytics, exploring AI tools for predictive insights.
• Contribute to process‑improvement, digitalisation and automation projects that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Participate in HR projects, process reviews and continuous‑improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide ad‑hoc support for various HR activities and initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with interest in data‑driven HR solutions.
