HR Operations Intern

About the role

BeeX is looking for an HR Operations Intern to be the friendly face of the HR team, handling day‑to‑day employee queries and keeping HR systems, records and processes running smoothly. You will report to the HR Manager and collaborate closely with the broader HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries and escalate sensitive matters.
• Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Draft internal communications, announcements and engagement content.
• Maintain and update employee records and trackers in Click Up.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system access.
• Coordinate performance review cycles and training logistics.
• Prepare HR letters and templates under guidance.
• Support job postings, resume screening and interview scheduling across Singapore and Johor Bahru.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related fields.
• Enjoy interacting with people, handling queries with empathy and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable handling confidential information responsibly.
• Proactive, "figure‑it‑out" attitude in a fast‑paced, small team.
