Human Resources Coordinator – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator will support the HR function of The St. Regis Singapore, a luxury hotel. The role involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and providing front‑line assistance to candidates and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain filing systems and employee personnel files.
• Prepare and type office correspondence, distribute mail and manage HR supplies.
• Answer phone calls, record messages and greet guests according to company standards.
• Assist walk‑in candidates with application procedures and maintain the application area.
• Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies, programs and employee relations.
• Ensure confidentiality and accurate maintenance of all employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to the manager.
• Enter and retrieve work‑related information using computer systems.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related HR or administrative experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
