Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, hands‑on HR Executive to support our expanding regional business. The role offers broad exposure across HR Operations, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition and HR Projects, working closely with the Head of HR and business leaders across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts, confirmations, promotions and other HR letters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding, off‑boarding, probation, confirmation and performance review processes.
• Act as first point of contact for day‑to‑day HR enquiries and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with employee relations matters while ensuring confidentiality.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication and offer administration.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support implementation of HR policies, processes and best practices.
• Assist with HR reporting, analytics, documentation and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Participate in regional HR initiatives and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably with exposure to HR operations and another HR function.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
