About the role

Join PwC's Human Capital team as a Learning & Development Intern, supporting the end‑to‑end execution of training initiatives across the firm. You will work closely with the L&D team to coordinate programmes, manage data, and help enhance the learning experience for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for learning programmes, including organising courses, managing enrolments and logistics.
• Coordinate with participants, instructors and internal stakeholders on course details and maintain accurate training records.
• Support in‑person and virtual classroom sessions – set‑up, attendance tracking and preparation of materials.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of training resources and liaise with vendors or facilitators as needed.
• Support implementation and optimisation of L&D technology solutions such as Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.
• Participate in L&D tech‑related projects, including process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Compile and analyse usage and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing learning solutions.
• Help prepare management and training reports, handling and analysing training‑related data responsibly.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the L&D team on various projects and initiatives.
