About the role
The Westin Singapore is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across the property. The role involves overseeing recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, and employee development to ensure compliance and support business success.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring HR staff and other hotel personnel.
- Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, attend job fairs, and network with local hotel associations.
- Oversee candidate selection, quality control, and ensure diverse talent pools.
- Administer employee benefits, respond to unemployment claims, and prepare related reports.
- Coordinate and deliver new‑hire orientation and ongoing training programs.
- Support cross‑training initiatives to enhance operational flexibility.
- Provide HR expertise to property managers on selection procedures and compliance matters.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of HR or related experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 1 year of experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment best practices, and benefits administration.
