Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to join a fast‑growing deep‑tech scale‑up in Singapore. You will build HR frameworks from the ground up and support the company as it expands across engineering, operations, finance, and R&D.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for multiple functions.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and leave records while ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
• Verify attendance and payroll deductions prior to payroll submission.
• Facilitate onboarding, including document collection and preparation of employment contracts.
• Support employee welfare and engagement initiatives.
• Handle off‑boarding activities such as clearance and issuance of relevant letters.
• Assist with interview scheduling, hiring calendars, and HR audits, surveys, and government reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Hands‑on experience in HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
