Human Resources Specialist – Contract

About the role

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Human Resources Specialist on a contract basis to support its talent management and employee engagement initiatives across the region. You will play a key role in ensuring HR processes are efficient, compliant and aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support Talent Management activities, including probation reviews, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
• Coordinate training programs, new‑hire orientation and administer the Learning Management System.
• Maintain HR data, training records and performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with compliance initiatives, audits and employee communications.
• Organise employee engagement activities, town‑halls and company events.
• Perform other HR and Talent Management duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Relevant HR experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
