Human Resources Specialist II

About the role

HYVE Solutions is seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist II to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. You will act as a key liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and external agencies, ensuring a smooth employee experience from hire to integration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment administration, including job posting, candidate scheduling, interview coordination and record‑keeping.
• Facilitate onboarding activities, ensuring documentation, system setup and orientation are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist with Employment Pass, S Pass and other work‑authorization applications and renewals, liaising with vendors and government agencies.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and onboarding information.
• Administer HRIS updates (Workday), maintain employee data and generate reports.
• Coordinate HR communications, employee engagement events, training sessions and company activities.
• Respond to employee inquiries on policies, benefits and HR processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination or related functions.
• Familiarity with Singapore Employment Pass, S Pass and MOM processes is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
