About the role

A recruitment agency is hiring on behalf of an MNC air conditioning and ventilation solutions provider serving the high-tech industry. The role is a permanent, five-day week position based in Singapore, managing HVAC projects for data centers.

Key responsibilities

Plan and manage HVAC projects for data centers
Lead project meetings and work with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
Review project specifications, drawings and contracts for compliance
Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational issues
Prepare schedules, reports and project documentation
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
Ensure workplace safety, quality and regulatory compliance
Conduct site inspections and guide the project team

Required profile

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC or related M&E projects
Familiarity with HVAC systems for data centers
Strong project management skills

An added advantage is integrated system testing experience. The employer describes the management as strong and stable.
