About the role
Overseas Family School is seeking an experienced IBDP Psychology teacher to join its vibrant Humanities Department. The successful candidate will start on 1 August 2026 and will be responsible for delivering the International Baccalaureate Psychology curriculum to high‑school students, with the added advantage of being able to teach Theory of Knowledge (TOK).
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess IBDP Psychology lessons in line with IB standards.
- Prepare engaging learning materials and resources for diverse learners.
- Collaborate with fellow Humanities teachers to ensure interdisciplinary coherence.
- Maintain accurate student records and provide timely feedback.
- Optionally deliver TOK sessions when required.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher with proven experience teaching IBDP or A‑Level Psychology.
- Strong understanding of the IB Psychology syllabus and assessment criteria.
- Ability to foster an inclusive, inquiry‑based learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to contribute to department initiatives.
