Identity and Access Management Intern

About the role

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is recruiting an Identity and Access Management intern for its Systems Office for Asia (ASO) Information Technology Risk Management department. The internship runs from 11 January 2027 to 30 June 2027 and is based in Singapore, open to Singaporean and PR students only. The intern supports the automation, optimization and reporting of IAM operational processes across User Access Management (UAM), Identity Governance (IG) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Key responsibilities

• Support the automation of business-as-usual activities using Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 and Power BI.
• Improve operational efficiency, audit readiness and management insight through dashboards and reporting.
• Develop IAM operational dashboards and KPI and metrics reporting templates.
• Automate selected manual reporting activities.
• Produce process documentation and user guides.
• Make data quality and reporting improvement recommendations.
