Implementation Consultant APAC (Fresh Grads Considered)

About the role

Worldpay is looking for an Implementation Consultant to join its Customer Experience team in Singapore. This is a customer-facing role where you support customers in integrating with the Worldpay suite of payment services, working directly with them and the Account Management team to deliver solutions that fit their needs. Fresh graduates are considered.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers in integrating with the Worldpay payment services, designing and setting up their accounts and giving technical guidance
• Help customers and their technical teams troubleshoot and resolve incidents
• Define the final scope, manage projects through completion and post-live monitoring, and keep stakeholders updated via regular meetings
• Handle a high number of projects at once using strong project management skills
• Plan and deliver customer demos and training on product functionality
• Keep up with technical trends in payment processing, security, web/browser technologies and mobile technologies

Required profile

• 2 years of experience managing projects and delivering customer technical integrations; graduates with some relevant experience are welcome
• Confidence managing relationships between internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, with curiosity about customer requirements
• Ability to work independently and as a team player

Required skills

• XML and JSON API (a must)
• Web and mobile SDKs, React Native and JavaScript
• Oracle / SQL, with Snowflake / Streamlit a plus
• SPLUNK for server log analysis
