Indoor Sales Engineer – Electronics Manufacturing (Loyang)

About the role

The Indoor Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of electronic manufacturing solutions within the Loyang area. You will manage key customer accounts, forecast demand, and support the plant’s production planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and serve assigned customers to meet the company’s sales budget.
• Provide full account management, handling enquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
• Deliver sales forecasts to the plant for raw‑material and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with overseas representatives to develop new customer opportunities.
• Execute short‑ and long‑term market demand plans and analyse market information for senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in any engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar industry.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to work independently.
• Strong knowledge of market information, marketing strategy and analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work a 5‑day week onsite in the Loyang area.
