Infant Care Teacher – Islandwide

About the role
You will support the learning and development of infants and toddlers at My First Skool locations across Singapore. The role involves creating interactive, stimulating experiences and building strong bonds with the children and their families.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver age‑appropriate activities that promote holistic development.
- Observe and document each child’s progress and share insights with parents.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
- Partner with families to support the child’s growth at home and in the centre.
Required profile
- Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Development (CIT), Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY). Candidates currently undertaking HCIC/ACEY are also welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Team‑player with a genuine passion for caring for infants and toddlers.
- Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
