About the role

As an Infant Care Teacher you will nurture the safety, health and well‑being of infants while building meaningful connections with young learners. You will work as part of a collaborative, dynamic team dedicated to high‑quality early childhood care.

Key responsibilities

Observe and respond sensitively to infants’ needs to support their comfort and development.
Monitor and ensure infants’ safety, health, and well‑being during daily care activities.
Communicate clearly and empathetically with parents and caregivers to share infants’ progress and needs.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver consistent, high‑quality infant care.
Organise daily tasks efficiently to manage time and meet infants’ care schedules.

Required profile

Certificate in Infant Care (CIT), Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY), Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or equivalent.
Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education or Teaching.
ACEY Level 1 or Level 2 certification.
