Infant Nursery Manager

About the role

The Infant Nursery Manager will lead a team of Infant Care Specialists to provide high‑quality nursing and caregiving services for infants in our nursery. This role combines clinical monitoring, daily infant care, and parent communication to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing services and monitor infants according to established protocols and standards.
• Deliver quality customer service to infants and their parents.
• Feed infants on a predefined schedule and ensure proper nutrition.
• Change diapers, bathe infants, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Maintain a constant supply of diapers and other baby products.
• Keep accurate daily records and reports for each infant.
• Communicate with parents or guardians about infants’ progress or any concerns.
• Support children’s development of secure attachments through warm, consistent caregiving.
• Guide and support a team of Infant Care Specialists.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates are welcome; training will be provided.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Certification in nursing care (NITEC in Nursing or equivalent).
• Valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board preferred.
• Experience in a maternity ward is a plus.
• Malaysia‑trained nurses with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
