Information Management Executive

About the role

The Internal Security Department (ISD) is seeking an Information Management Executive to oversee its information systems and repository. This role supports Singapore’s internal security mission by ensuring accurate, strategic data is available for authorised decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance information management systems, repositories, and records‑management processes.
• Develop and implement information‑management strategies, policies and measures to preserve confidentiality and integrity of data.
• Partner with stakeholders to leverage AI, data analytics and ICT tools, creating user‑centric solutions and iterating policies based on outcomes.
• Analyse existing business processes, identify pain points and recommend automation or optimisation using AI tools.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline or equivalent competencies; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Comfortable using data to identify critical policy issues.
• Analytical mindset focused on problem‑solving and process improvement.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping and creating use cases (advantageous).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage and secure stakeholder buy‑in.
