Information Technology Administrator / Senior

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Information Technology Administrator to provide end‑user support and manage the IT infrastructure for our Singapore office and regional sites. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues and will play a key role in maintaining security compliance and supporting IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver phone, email, Teams, remote and onsite support to users across Singapore and other offices.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune) and collaboration tools such as Jira and DocuSign.
• Handle user onboarding and off‑boarding, including device provisioning, account setup and orientation.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot laptops, network equipment, firewalls, VPN, CCTV, door‑access systems and other IT assets while keeping an up‑to‑date inventory.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, asset records and audit evidence.
• Own IT security compliance for the Singapore office, implementing endpoint protection, patch management and vulnerability remediation, and supporting audit requests.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
• Participate in the ISMS Working Committee, supporting ISO 27001 implementation, risk assessments, policy enforcement and security‑awareness initiatives.
• Lead or contribute to IT projects and coordinate with external vendors.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, help‑desk and operations, with exposure to information security or compliance.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, attention to detail and ability to follow up on technical issues.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
