Information Technology Support Specialist

About the role

Temus is seeking a motivated Information Technology Support Specialist to maintain and enhance its cloud environments and user devices. The role blends hands‑on technical work with strong communication and documentation responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support to a diverse user base, ensuring clear and positive communication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Apply independent problem‑solving techniques to minimise escalations.
• Monitor IT system performance and uphold agreed service levels.
• Manage patching and deployment of hardware/software using Microsoft Intune.
• Follow security protocols to protect network and computer systems.
• Onboard users to new software and equipment, facilitating smooth adoption.
• Undertake additional IT‑related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT/Tech Support or a related role.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Strong understanding of networking, systems, security and endpoint management.
• Experience with ticketing/incident‑management tools.
• Excellent communication, documentation and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and maintain composure.
