Infrastructure Engineer – Enterprise IT (Day 2)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support our enterprise IT environment. The role involves ensuring high availability, security, and performance of critical systems in a 24/7 operational setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain servers, virtualization platforms, storage, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and support Windows Server, RHEL, and system management tools.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
• Oversee backup, recovery, and replication activities to guarantee data integrity.
• Conduct security hardening based on CIS benchmarks and Singapore Government standards.
• Support IT governance, audit, compliance, and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, enhancements, and change management.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, diagrams, and maintenance logs.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on infrastructure administration experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, RHCSA/RHCE, VMware VCP, ITIL Foundation) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and collaborate within a team.
