Instructional Designer – Hybrid, Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging learning experiences for instructor‑led, virtual, and e‑learning formats. The role partners with subject‑matter experts and business leaders to translate complex content into effective training solutions that boost performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop learning materials for instructor‑led, virtual, and e‑learning programs.
• Conduct learning needs analyses and define training objectives with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and create learner‑friendly materials.
• Produce storyboards, facilitator guides, learner manuals, job aids, assessments, and multimedia assets.
• Build interactive e‑learning modules using authoring tools and learning technologies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Maintain and update existing learning content to ensure relevance.
• Support LMS administration, course publishing, and content maintenance.
• Stay current with instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of learning strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Educational Technology, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or corporate training.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or Bloom’s Taxonomy.
• Proven ability to create instructor‑led, virtual, and self‑paced digital learning content.
• Excellent written communication, editing, and content development skills.
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
• Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple learning projects simultaneously.
