Instructor – AI Coding & Frontier Platforms

About the role

Skills Union is seeking a client‑facing Instructor to deliver a corporate training program that helps companies adopt OpenAI Codex and Frontier AI platforms. You will guide professionals through AI‑assisted software development, from code generation to workflow automation, translating complex AI capabilities into practical, business‑focused learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging workshops on OpenAI Codex, frontier models, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Teach practical use of Codex across IDEs, cloud environments, GitHub review processes, and enterprise software development.
• Introduce learners to OpenAI’s frontier model ecosystem, including reasoning models, multimodal capabilities, tool use, function calling, file and web search, and structured outputs.
• Facilitate training sessions for mixed audiences such as engineers, product managers, operations teams, and senior leaders.
• Customize curriculum examples, exercises, case studies, and demos to match client needs.

Required profile

• Technically credible with developers, product teams, and senior business stakeholders.
• Comfortable explaining AI concepts in clear, business‑oriented terms.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for corporate learners.
