Integrations Engineer

About the role

The Integrations Engineer will own the technical customer experience from kickoff to go‑live, handling API integrations, debugging issues, and turning recurring pain points into permanent fixes. This hands‑on builder works across Customer Success, Compliance, Backend and Frontend teams to create self‑serve solutions that scale.

Key responsibilities

• Run client integrations end‑to‑end: kickoff calls, sandbox testing, go‑live support and post‑launch follow‑up.
• Reproduce and debug integration issues using API calls, logs and request/response inspection.
• Maintain a living map of customer queries, categorize them and identify automation or documentation opportunities.
• Build AI‑powered support tools such as LLM‑based chatbots and agentic workflows to triage and resolve common issues.
• Ship clear integration guides, FAQs and UI/UX improvements that reduce support tickets.

Required profile

• Comfortable running technical kickoff calls and writing code or scripts the same day.
• Systems thinker who can understand the full platform – API, sandbox, back‑office and compliance touchpoints.
• Builder mindset: sees repeated questions and creates lasting fixes (docs, UI, scripts, or AI agents).
• Self‑directed operator able to manage multiple client integrations in parallel.

Required skills

• APIs and REST API integration experience.
• Postman, webhooks and log analysis.
• LLM and AI tooling (prompt design, RAG, chatbot development).
• Frontend development with React or similar frameworks.
