Interior Designer

About the role

We are seeking an Interior Designer to join SPACE FACTOR’s design team in Singapore. Working under senior designers, you will contribute to residential and commercial projects, ensuring high‑quality design outcomes from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior designers, contractors and suppliers to develop design concepts.
• Travel to project sites for planning, coordination and on‑site supervision.
• Create 2D and 3D drawings, cost estimates, quotations and proposals.
• Manage project schedules and tasks in close partnership with senior designers.
• Present design proposals to clients and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Passion for design excellence, meticulous and highly organized.
• Creative, flexible, innovative and proactive with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Appreciation for international art and culture; site experience preferred.
• Team‑player, disciplined, positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, 3D Studio Max and Photoshop.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Zoom and social‑media tools.
• Ability to produce accurate 2D and 3D design documentation.
