Intern, Hospitality Transportation Operations

About the role

This internship offers hands‑on exposure to the transportation side of a world‑class integrated resort. You will rotate through limousine dispatch, valet services and airport meet‑and‑greet teams, observing how guest bookings, VIP requests and resource allocation are managed in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and assist with limousine dispatch, coordination and vehicle assignment.
• Support valet operations, including guest interaction, curbside service and POS cash handling.
• Provide airport meet‑and‑greet assistance, handling luggage, trolley preparation and guest escort.
• Shadow supervisory staff to understand manpower planning, peak‑demand management and operational decision‑making.
• Participate in service quality reviews and learn recovery procedures aligned with Forbes standards.

• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Understanding of dispatch and booking systems
