Internal Audit Associate

About the role

The Internal Audit Associate will support the audit team in planning, executing, and documenting audit assignments. This role involves gathering evidence, analysing findings, and collaborating with process owners to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data and information required for audit planning.
• Perform audit procedures and gather evidence according to the audit program, adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Document work papers and attach supporting documents for review by the team lead.
• Discuss key issues with relevant process owners and management personnel.
• Assist the team leader in finalising audit findings, recommendations, and reports.

Required profile

• Diploma in accountancy or a related field (advantageous).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in internal audit or risk management.
• Experience in auditing and/or data analytics is a plus.
• Strong written, analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore (citizen or permanent resident).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
