Internal Audit Executive

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous and team‑oriented Internal Audit Executive to support audit engagements across the organization. The role involves performing audit procedures, analysing controls, and assisting in the preparation of audit findings and reports to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preliminary planning, risk assessment, and develop or improve audit work programmes in line with methodology and professional standards.
• Execute fieldwork to test the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations with management before finalising reports.
• Undertake miscellaneous duties such as advisory work, Guiding Principle updates, and whistle‑blow investigations as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in external or internal audit, or equivalent experience in related fields.
• Professional certification (or in progress) such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or CIA is preferred.
• Experience with Python, SQL, or similar data‑analytics tools is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong written and presentation communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work proactively within a team.
