Internal Audit Manager – Business Audits

About the role

The Internal Audit Manager will lead end‑to‑end audit cycles for multiple business audit assignments, ensuring robust internal controls, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute internal audit projects, including managing outsourced auditors for complex engagements.
• Develop audit programs and test procedures to assess internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Guide audit teams in reviewing control procedures, risk matrices, and applying data‑analytics techniques.
• Document audit evidence in line with internal audit standards and produce concise audit reports for senior management, the Audit Committee, and the Board.
• Identify control gaps, recommend business‑focused solutions, and follow up to ensure timely remediation.
• Conduct special audits, ad‑hoc investigations, and support the quarterly Audit Committee meetings.
• Contribute to the annual internal audit plan using a risk‑based, data‑driven approach.
• Develop audit team competency through training and professional development.
