Internal Audit Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Senior General Manager of Group Internal Audit, you will lead routine and ad‑hoc audit reviews across the Group’s business units. The role ensures compliance with established policies, recommends improvements to controls and processes, and strengthens risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine and ad‑hoc audit reviews on business units.
• Provide assurance that policies and procedures are properly applied.
• Recommend enhancements to internal controls, processes, and risk management.
• Utilise data‑analytics and AI‑based auditing tools to increase audit efficiency.
• Prepare clear audit reports and communicate findings to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of internal and/or external audit experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel overseas on a regular basis.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong data‑analytical abilities.
• Experience with data‑analytics auditing tools and AI‑based audit solutions.
