Internal Audit Manager

About the role

OPay Digital Services is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to lead the design and optimisation of core HRIS modules within its global HR Centre of Excellence. The role will combine data‑driven analysis with cross‑regional stakeholder management to support the company’s fast‑growing fintech operations in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise HRIS modules from concept to production under the global HR COE framework.
• Collect, clean and verify HR data such as performance and compensation information, and develop dashboards for senior leadership.
• Analyse data trends, explore correlations and present preliminary insights to drive HR decision‑making.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners across business units and regions, integrating diverse requirements into HR solutions.
• Drive project execution by coordinating resources, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring timely delivery of HR system optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in data analysis, data management or related HR functions.
• Proven experience building a core HRIS module or contributing to HRIS functions from inception.
• Strong cross‑region and cross‑business‑unit communication skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to overcome obstacles and deliver projects under uncertainty.
• Fluent in English; professional proficiency in Chinese.
