Internal Control Intern

About the role

LVMH Fragrances & Cosmetics, Southeast Asia, is looking for an Internal Control Intern based in Singapore. The intern reports to the Regional Internal Control Manager and supports the SEA Internal Control team in strengthening control processes, ensuring compliance with Group policies and contributing to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in quarterly ERICA testing, including sample selection, evidence gathering, documentation review and follow-up of findings.
• Help update and standardize internal policies, procedures and process documentation.
• Take part in reviews of key operational processes to find opportunities for simplification, automation or remediation.
• Support monthly exception report reviews across SEA markets, including extraction, validation and consolidation of findings, and help prepare follow-up actions, dashboards and summaries for management.
• Support internal and retail audits by preparing audit materials, following up on requests, organizing files and consolidating audit working papers.
• Provide ad hoc support on compliance and documentation tasks as needed by the Regional Internal Control team.
• Liaise with local market teams, shared service centers and regional partners, and contribute to continuous improvement and internal control awareness.

Required profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship from December 2026 / January 2027 to June 2027.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and high integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Good communication and organization skills, proactive, curious and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
