Issuance Automation Solution Specialist

About the role

Wise is looking for an Issuance Automation Solution Specialist to join its Issuance team. The role builds and maintains the systems, automations and dashboards that let inventory operations scale efficiently, working across Issuance Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and regional teams. In the first six months you focus on automating key workflows; longer term you own the inventory management tools and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architecture, development and maintenance of the inventory management system, and design workflows that scale without adding manual work.
• Build monitoring and alerting for inventory risks such as stock shortages, potential stock-outs, delayed arrivals and unproduced cards.
• Develop just-in-time replenishment methods, set reorder quantities, monitor stock levels and build visibility into purchase orders and arrivals.
• Define inventory health metrics, build dashboards and own monthly and quarterly inventory reporting for management.
• Support regional launches with Product Specialists, ensure inventory and tracking are ready, and improve processes after each launch.

Required profile

• Experience in operations, supply chain, inventory management, business operations or process automation.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with operational datasets.
• Ability to turn manual processes into scalable, automated workflows, with attention to detail on inventory and reconciliations.
• Project-management skills, cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Finance and Operations, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Eligible to work in Singapore; no visa or relocation support.

Required skills

• Experience with Airtable, including linked databases, formulas, automations, interfaces and workflow design.
• Building dashboards, reporting frameworks and operational metrics.
• Bonus: card manufacturing or supply-chain/delivery optimisation experience.
