IT Desktop Engineer – End‑User Support

About the role

ScitiX is seeking an IT Desktop Engineer to ensure the stability and efficiency of end‑user computing environments. You will be the first point of contact for technical assistance, maintaining infrastructure and managing assets to support daily business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for Windows and macOS systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Support office tools and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, Slack, Feishu, and VPN.
• Maintain IT hardware including laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and video‑conferencing systems.
• Assist with network connectivity (LAN/Wi‑Fi) and manage user accounts in Active Directory, email, and access control.
• Manage the IT asset lifecycle: inventory, allocation, tracking, and disposal.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, providing IT setup and user training.
• Maintain up‑to‑date IT documentation, user guides, and FAQs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of desktop/IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Active Directory; familiarity with macOS.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Effective communication with non‑technical users.
• Mandarin skills preferred for coordination with international partners.
