IT Engineer – End User Device Management (EUDM)

About the role

The End User Device Management (EUDM) Engineer supports the efficient lifecycle and operations of end‑user computing assets at PwC. You will manage inventory, handle asset issuance and disposal, and assist with software deployments across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an organized inventory store and ensure secure storage of assets.
• Receive, issue, and retire EUC assets, including degaussing and crushing of devices.
• Conduct physical stock checks and support inventory reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with onboarding and device refresh activities.
• Liaise with vendors for hardware repairs, billing discrepancies, and supplier management.
• Process PC/iPad loan requests and prepare devices for issuance.
• Deploy software to user devices and support global technology rollouts.
• Collaborate on Cloud PC/VDI requests with users and the Global DaaS team.
• Resolve deployment incidents and communicate status to stakeholders.

Required profile

• NITEC or Diploma in IT/Computer Engineering (fresh graduates welcome).
• 2–3 years of experience in an IT team or equivalent practical exposure.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and methodical work style.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to handle a variety of tasks.
