IT Executive

About the role

The IT Executive will be responsible for delivering day‑to‑day technical support across the organisation. This role ensures that all hardware, software, network and system components operate smoothly, enabling employees to focus on their core tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for hardware, software, network and system‑related issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, email systems and overall IT infrastructure.
• Assist with system setup, software installations, user account administration and data‑backup activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, procurement and system enhancements.
• Enforce IT security practices and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an IT support or help‑desk environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to interact with users of varying technical levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
