IT Executive

About the role

Hong Ye Group Pte Ltd, a provider of professional cleaning and facility management services in Singapore, is hiring an IT Executive. The role is primarily focused on application and system support, covering user support, testing, infrastructure and documentation. The position is full-time and requires occasional travel to islandwide project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Application and system support: act as the main point of contact for in-house application issues, troubleshoot and resolve problems, monitor system performance, manage support tickets within SLAs and support deployments, patches and upgrades.
• Requirements and testing: gather and document requirements with users, turn them into specifications for developers, perform UAT, functional and integration testing, and log and track bugs.
• IT infrastructure and user support: provide day-to-day hardware, software and network support, set up and maintain equipment, systems and user accounts, support onboarding and offboarding, and maintain the IT asset inventory.
• Documentation and training: create and maintain user guides and system documentation, and deliver basic training to users.

Required profile

• Diploma in IT or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT or application support.
• Experience in application support, testing and documentation.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with regional stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple tasks independently and to support non-technical users.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Windows, basic networking and IT systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
