IT Executive – Support & Systems Administration

About the role

We are looking for an IT Executive to provide day‑to‑day technical support and system administration for our operational environment. The role involves both remote and on‑site assistance, ensuring high availability of hardware, network, and cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support, troubleshooting hardware (PCs, printers) and software issues.
• Perform network connectivity troubleshooting and device communication checks.
• Manage system implementations, rollout coordination, UAT testing and post‑go‑live support.
• Configure and maintain printers, scan‑to‑folder/email solutions, and other network devices.
• Administer Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including user accounts, access control, MFA, and password resets.
• Support SharePoint administration, email account setup, SMTP configuration and authentication issues.
• Collaborate with vendors, operational teams, nurses, chefs and management to resolve system enhancements and incidents.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, reports and user communications.
• Assist in user training, workflow optimisation and process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or professional diploma in Engineering Management, Computer Studies or related field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage stress in a fast‑paced environment.
