About the role
We are looking for an IT Hardware Support Engineer on a contract basis to provide end‑to‑end hardware services for desktops, laptops and printers across Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Provide break‑fix, installation, deployment, relocation and ad‑hoc project support for desktops, laptops and printers.
- Update customers on service appointments, status and closure of incidents.
- Coordinate with dispatchers, leads and supervisors to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Escalate customer satisfaction issues and technical challenges to supervisors promptly.
- Accurately account for parts used and follow company coding and diagnostic guidelines.
- Meet BFT and SLA targets and perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant IT hardware support experience.
- Strong customer‑service mindset.
- Willingness to roam to user offices or residential locations as needed.
