IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to ensure the stability and security of our data centre and factory networks. You will work closely with global engineering teams to support production environments and drive digitalisation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot cloud or on‑premises data centre environments using standard change‑management processes.
• Deploy, optimise and resolve issues on enterprise network hardware including switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points.
• Implement on‑site network segmentation and access controls in line with cybersecurity frameworks.
• Provide immediate on‑site production support for infrastructure incidents affecting factory operations.
• Collaborate on digitalisation initiatives, system upgrades and new environment deployments while adhering to global IT standards.
• Create and update network topologies, inventory records, SOPs and incident logs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Automation or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure, system operations, network administration or on‑site technical support.
• Preferably experience supporting manufacturing or production facilities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
