IT Officer

About the role

The IT Officer will provide day‑to‑day technical support to internal staff, acting as the primary point of contact for all inbound service requests. This role ensures smooth operation of desktop applications, email, printers, networking, and digital workflow tools across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site support for desktop applications, email, printers and networking issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user provisioning and licensing.
• Review system logs, maintain documentation, and manage backup, restoration and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date hardware and software inventory.
• Provide application support and enforce cybersecurity policies.
• Support digital workflow, conferencing devices and licensing management.

Required profile

• Professional Certificate, NiTEC, Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP and Windows security.
