IT Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our technology team, ensure seamless IT services, and drive strategic initiatives that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations, overseeing servers, networks, cloud platforms and overall IT infrastructure while ensuring business continuity and SLA compliance.
• Lead, coach and develop the IT team, allocate resources, conduct performance reviews and promote continuous improvement.
• Develop annual IT roadmaps, recommend new technologies, manage budgets and plan infrastructure upgrades.
• Implement cybersecurity policies, monitor incidents, coordinate response, and maintain backups and disaster recovery plans.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and oversee IT project delivery from planning to deployment.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations, maintain documentation, support audits and manage software licensing.
• Partner with department heads to understand requirements, provide technology recommendations and communicate progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5–8 years of IT experience with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity and IT projects.
