IT PMO Manager – Digital, Cloud & Data Projects

About the role

PwC Singapore is seeking an experienced IT PMO Manager to lead Digital, Cloud, and Data technology projects. You will ensure project governance, monitor progress, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project governance standards, templates, reports and documentation for Digital, Cloud and Data initiatives.
• Track and monitor project status, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies across assigned initiatives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and business stakeholders to meet delivery milestones and quality requirements.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards and updates for leadership and governance forums.
• Support financial updates, including budget tracking, forecasting inputs and resource planning.
• Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, project meetings and other delivery‑related activities.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and promptly escalate challenges or blockers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management for technology projects or IT audit, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Experience designing a global IT infrastructure integration roadmap covering data centre operations and network services.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
• Business‑level proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently in a fast‑paced environment and demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, ITIL, CISA or cloud certifications (not required).
